„Very clean and cozy cabin in the mountains. We were very happy with the location of this cabin! Very easy to get to other parks and attractions. The hot tub was amazing and the cabin stayed warm on the colder nights. The caretaker was very helpful and he took time to make sure our questions were answered. “

„The location was phenomenal. It was really cute and cozy.Only issues, it is a little deceptive that you have laundry access. The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash. Finally the night before we left we took there stuff out and put it on top to wash one load but when we got back to change it over they had already ...

„What a lovely cottage! Great location in walking distance to Old Colorado City (which we liked better than Colorado Springs), has its own parking space and private entrance. The cottage was lovely decorated in a really nice cozy modern almost Scandinavian style. The host was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it! “

„My wife and I take our 4 kids, spouses and 6 grandkids on an extended weekend experience for our Christmas’s present to them. We look for a property with lots of space and activitiesThis property had it all! The pool was a favorite with the grand kids and some of the adults did early morning laps. „These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.“

„My wife and I stayed at this location for 2 nights in February, 2025. The location was excellent providing us easy walking access to shopping as well as the incline (via Hiawatha Garden free bus which has a stop just a couple of blocks away). We saw plenty of wildlife (deer) just outside the back door. All necessary amenities were included and the host communication was excellent. Highly recommend!“

„The property is quaint and cozy with beautiful views and evidence of wildlife galore. The personality of the cabin is charming, and the amenities plentiful. Additionally the cabin is within minutes of local businesses, restaurants, and breweries.Robin was a wonderful host - we stayed during an unusual and brutally cold weather pattern and Robin went out of the way to make sure we were safe and enjoying our time. It was a simply amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!“

Viel Gutes, aber auch ein paar Minuspunkte

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
