„#Check in at 4pm and yet on this app stated 3pm. Waited til 4pm and still not ready. Finally got keys at 4.15pm. Was offered a free drink. #Restarant: ordered a salad at the price of £12.95.. bit of lettues leaves i got. Sent it back and the chef made a decent salad worth the money. #ordered baked potato with salad garnish, again a handful of luttues leafs. Was offered a free meal, which was a perfect salad. #Restaurant: selling garlic mushrooms. Which had no garlic and was battered ...

„The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.“
