„We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge.  ...

„We came to town for my daughter's graduation from Sam Houston and needed a place to stay that was between where family lives in Cypress and Huntsville. We chose the property for the pool and the hot tub and it did not disappoint! Our family was able to have some wonderful Family time with dinner and game nights and celebrate my daughter's graduation with her. The host was easy to her a hold of amd quick wirh reponse time. I will definitely book here again! . “

„Upon arrival late on the evening, first impressions walking up were great. Well furnished, clean, charming. Went to turn on the bathroom sink and the waterfall faucet was spraying through the mineral buildup at the end of the faucet. Shower was the same way. Then the next day, noticed a hair tie on the kitchen sink and found out why it - the spray selector was broken. I don't want to touch somebody else's hair tie to do the dishes. It also absorbs water and gunk, which isn't very sanitary. Was ...

„If you have a draw hunt at the Neches Nature Preserve, this is a great place to stay at. Has all the amenities you need and close to all the units run by the forest Service. Host is great at staying on top of communication and helps with whatever you need. “

„Mr. Ken hands down the best host. His communication was fast and friendly. He came by to introduce him self, check in on us and just went above and beyond. Spectacular view w/ deer roaming the property and the fire pit was a great ending to the night.“
