„We had the perfect stay at Purple Juniper! Such a lovely, safe neighborhood and an easy walk to so many shops and restaurants downtown. Victoria was the perfect host, so easy to communicate with and willing to get us anything we needed our entire stay. The residence has an impressive and generous stock of every kitchen and pantry staple you could imagine, truly the best of any rental we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels.10/10!“

Although there were a few MINOR things about our stay that could have been better (the water temperature was slightly cooler than we expected and the kitchen knives and can opener were flimsy and difficult to use), we think the overall experience was fantastic. „The stay was a disaster, the house was full of bugs, we couldn't stand it and left early after a terrible night. The hostess was not willing to compensate us for our early departure. She said these bugs were an evil in the region. We believe that having these bugs crawling into your ears at night is a significant deficiency that needs to be pointed out in advance. „We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area.“
