„Very fun trip! Loved that you could just text things needed to the room and they were quick to respond. Room was comfortable. Food was good and not too expensive. The only real issue is the elevators. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes before you can get one, especially if you're on one of the top floors. Other than that, it was great and we plan to go again!“

„The hotel was nice and the room clean and the bed very comfortable. Only issue was that someone was moving furniture in the room above until 11 pm and it was very distracting/annoying. Emma on the front desk was a jewel and very concerned that all was well with our room. Another issue in the room is that there is a step to the bathroom so all was compressed in there.“

„There was no soap or shampoo in the bath room, the phone in room didn’t work. There was no one at the lobby desk from about 6:09 PM on. Still no one in the lobby as of 7:00 AM the following day. They were supposed to have Continental breakfast and there was none and the coffee was a day old, at least! They charged the card we had the room held with when we asked them not to as we provided another card. There fore we were double charged.Not a happy camper!!!“
