„My partner, dog and I came to sugar island to experience a new place in the UP and we will certainly be returning to Sweet Retreat!! Sheri and Jeff were the most accommodating of hosts and truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and fun. We used the bikes on the property and were lucky enough to take a pontoon cruise with the hosts our last night. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back!“

„What a cozy lil house with fantastic river views, right out the living room window! Within minutes of getting there we were greeted with a huge freighter going by. We loved the big comfy couch and huge TV. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The owners were great, with good communication and allowed us to check in a little early. „I was very impressed with this perfect VRBO during my stay. There was more in this VRBO than originally listed - including a refrigerator, freezer, gas range, and there is a French press, but no coffee. I also received a message before I left from the host that I did not check until I had already left (being on Vacation I dismiss my phone) about taking the trash out and leaving the key - I wish this information would have been left in the VRBO. All in all, lovely place, lovely location.“

„My family enjoyed a 5-night stay at this cozy and welcoming cabin in Brimley. Equipped with all your essentials, it's easy to choose between going out or staying in. The property is nestled within Whitefish Bay with private access to the bay. Because this property sits in the bay there is less wind. If you don't mind the sun rising and setting over the trees then look no further - it's been a perfect getaway from the city for our entire family. “
