Anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal will be a breeze with the full kitchen, as it is equipped with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and so much more. Fresh air won't be hard to come by either when you step out to the patio with a fresh cup of joe or an evening glass of wine. Plus, the kiddos will love testing their gaming skills on the arcade console in the loft!

Sitting in the quiet area of Sugarloaf, you will have some peace and quiet, yet be within walking distance of the grocery store, skate park, and only restaurant in the area! When you want to get a bit more adventurous, head over to Bear Mountain Ski Resort (seven miles), Snow Summit Ski Resort (six-and-a-half miles), or Big Bear Snow Play (four miles) to make the most of the winter months. Come summer, Big Bear Lake will have endless activities to choose from and hiking trails abound, so you will have no trouble soaking up some sunshine!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
