Villa Marquesa is beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bath Florida Keys Vacation Villa in the American Caribbean, Private Location at the end of the street with your own private canal side mini-mini beach.

We offer 3 kayaks, a gas BBQ and a canal side chill out zone with hammocks, sofa, chairs and fire pit. If You choose the canal-side beach area we offer 4 beach loungers and umbrellas so you can soak up the rays on the dock or under the coconut palms in our mini-beach.

We have two docks for your boat, a 45 foot and 15 foot and the boat ramp is right near by at the Looe Key Reef Resort. Private Location at the end of the street and hammocks facing the canal and sitting area - fire pit. (but we can separately rent the 1/1 for one discounted price upon separate request) one month deposit and $250 cleaning fee. The Villa is fully designer furnished, 28 day minimum rental.

We are minutes to fabulous Key West, and to the best beaches, diving, fishing kayaking, anywhere in the Florida Keys. We are halfway between Marathon and Key West, and if your to lazy to drive just take the Conch Bus to either! On our island there's a dive-boat that goes out four times a day to Looe Key Reef, for snorkelers or SCUBA or divers as well as several Tiki Bars, restaurants and fun places for the adults and kids. We can also put you in contact with several fishing guides or charters so you can fish the gulf, backcountry, fly fish or deep water fishing.

Guest access
guess cannot access the storage areas that are locked or zip-tied closed. A/C must be set a min 74. External cameras for guest safety - rental of upstairs unit only, downstairs unit is owner occupied, new gas fire pit. Rental is a Second floor upstairs unit and all guest must be disclosed and ID’s to landlord - owner. Boat ramp at end of the street by world famous Looe Key Tiki Bar.
Other things to note
we reserve the right to cancel the reservation 30 days before the guest arrive providing them with a full refund and there is a $250.00 cleaning fee for upstairs and one month deposit required. No pets or service animals allowed due to owners severely allergies that can trigger a severe medical emergency. External cameras for guest safety - rental of upstairs unit only, downstairs until is owner occupied, new gas fire pit.
