„We enjoyed our 2 night stay in winter. A cosy cottage quickly warmed by air con and plenty of spare blankets . The hosts have thought of everything a family might need. The cottage has a lovely retro feel. The location is excellent - if you have young children with you Blacksmiths Beach and park are just a few minutes walk down the road, and there is plenty to look at in Swansea channel which is a stones throw away.“

„This is a pretty cottage with easy access to the river for fishing and boating. The house is well equipped, and the beds were divinely comfortable! A few small problems: no detergent for washing up our 3 coffee cups, no bubble bath or tissues in the ensuite bathroom.“

„We totally enjoyed the stay in this beautiful holiday house. Loved the huge backyard that leads to the water. The house was nicely presented with room for everyone. The table tennis added lot of fun for the kids. It would have been perfect if the cleanliness was a bit better and more kitchen supplies were provided, ie one more knife other than just a bread knife, a pair of scissors, a bigger pot for boiling pasta etc. overall it was a lovely place to spend a few days in.“

„The house is located in a quiet street perfect for a getaway. The view from the back part of the house over looks the lake which is beautiful quite and great place to unwind. The place was well equipped with lots of personal touches by the host. The beautiful toiletries in the bathroom, dog towel and bowls, fire pit all set and ready to go and extensive instructions. I would definitely recommend this place.“

„Great house, very clean, chihuahua proof fences, was even allowed to bring my pet bird. Good communication from the host. Super quiet area but still close to everything. House had everything we needed for us and our doggo and I’ll say again super clean, prob cleanest holiday house we’ve stayed at. There is an odd step up and down between rooms if travelling with an elderly family member but not big steps.“
