Sunset cottage is located at the end of a quiet street it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms spacious living room, large deck, fire pit, and even a fully functional wood burning stove for the winter season. It is in an ideal location just minutes away from the public beach, state park, boat launch, and multiple wineries. It can sleep 10 people. It has 3 full size beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full size sleeper sofa (NOTE: bedding is not provided). You will find this quant cottage the perfect home away from home to kick back, relax and enjoy everything Lake Milton has to offer.

Private, quiet, well stocked home near the lake
House was as listed. Everything we could use was there. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room all very well thought out and lacked nothing. Even outdoor toys for children! The house had not been cleaned well. The walls had visible handprints and cobwebs and there was hair on the floor in nearly all the rooms. Window sill and window in kitchen was very dirty. I believe the cleaners are at fault for this, not the owners. We loved the house.

glad we found it
Made a last minute change of vacation plans to visit family. Found this place available. It was a great location for what we wanted to do. Great for kids especially. Only downside is for couples to recognize that if used to king or queen size beds these will take some getting used to. High quality linens and mattresses and pillows but you will be closer to your spouse than you might be used to. But that's the only negative. Nice dead end street good wifi clean comfortable house nice hottub nice big yard. Close to the Lake fully stocked with what you need for your stay nice outdoor seating spaces and Im rambling. You will enjoy your stay

This was a great little place to stay. It had everything we needed. The owners are making updates apparently. We enjoyed a soak in the brand new Jacuzzi and used the fire pit. The kitchen also has an oven now and all the things you could possibly need like scissors, coffee, serving ware, paper towels, etc. We'd definitely stay here again in the future. Only thing I wished we had was a cozy blanket for watching TV on the couch.

Great value and good communication. I asked some questions before booking. Would rent again. Deck and outside area was wonderful for the family and our dogs. Wasn't able to use the hot tub but would have liked to. Cute little cottage with enough space to enjoy the lake and nature.

Great getaway!
Our 2 families with 5 teenagers loved this cozy cottage! It was the perfect central location as we spent a long weekend hiking and disc golfing around Ohio. The back yard and patio would have been perfect if it were a little warmer! Just what we needed!

This place was perfect for us. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Loved the Keurig and the flavored coffee. The weather was dreary and rainy but would definitely stay here in the summer and enjoy the back patio and the spacious yard. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were extremely nice but the cottage was not clean. The bathroom sink had hair on it and not clean. The kitchen countertops were dirty. The window air conditioners did not all work. Visible dirt everywhere, drawers, cupboards, countertops, and floors.

My friends and I were able to comfortable stay here for a whole week for an excellent price. This was our first vacation on our own and the place was awesome. The town is lovely and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay here again some time!

Has Potential... but needs work
Sweet little place. However, Landscape overgrown and looks terrible and inside had some safety hazards... like the thresholds on the floors... ie... master bath room and kitchen going into the mud room. Could really hurt someone if not taken care of. Thank you.

My family went away for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The cottage is way more spacious than it appears on the outside! My teenage sons and husband enjoyed the fire pit and proximity to mountain bike trails. The Xbox and selection of DVDs were a nice touch. Would love to come back in the summer!

Little Lake House
We were very happy to find a stay close to family for the holidays that allowed pets. They informed us ahead of needing linens and the house was well stocked. There was an Xbox, dvd, blue ray & satellite that all did not work. We were barely there but was hoping to be able to watch something on our little bit of downtime.

Very Comfortable, Quiet Neighborhood
Very nice area with plenty to keep you entertained and well fed. We enjoyed the beach, local hiking path and many close by eating and drinking establishments. House was very cozy with everything we needed already there. Place is welcoming and has that comfortable lived in feeling. We felt very at ease, as did our tiny dogs. Wild turkey joined us for breakfast. Only thing to watch out for is grumpy elderly lady next door. Lol.
