Welcome to our spacious and inviting property, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and relaxation easily accommodating up to 14 guests. Featuring a family sized heated saltwater swimming pool that is usable year-round. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to beautiful Yaroomba Beach just 3 kilometres south of Coolum Beach.

The large family home features five bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with the main living room, kitchen and dining room. The fifth bedroom, additional TV lounge room and kitchenette on the top floor serves as a parents retreat, cooled by a large air conditioning unit that efficiently covers the entire level, including the bedroom. There are two sofa beds; one in the upstairs lounge room and the other in the downstairs lounge room which provide additional beds for four guests.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room overlook the sparkling heated saltwater pool and the covered outdoor deck and BBQ area. Enjoy year-round swimming in the electric heated saltwater pool, complete with a thermal cover to maintain a comfortable temperature. Whether you're lounging indoors or taking a dip in the pool, this property offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

The main bathroom on the ground level services all four downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large bathroom, with a spa bath, shower, toilet and kitchenette along with the TV lounge which serves the upstairs bedroom. The covered outdoor entertaining area is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon drink while preparing a casual meal on the BBQ. The fully fenced yard offers secure confinement for your dog and kids. The property has a double secure garage with laundry facilities for your convenience.
