Magnificent Waterfront Living with Pontoon & Pool

Summary:
This tranquil contemporary home offers the ultimate escape for large families or groups offering a health/corporate retreat. The home features stunning river views & spacious indoor & outdoor living. The home features 24m of water frontage, a pontoon where you can fish or kayak to your heart's content and a cinema room. There is also a large outdoor deck overlooking the saltwater pool & Mooloolah River which is perfect for entertaining guests.

The Space:
Flooded with natural light, this enormous family home is pet-friendly and features five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a cinema/games room, multiple living spaces and a designer kitchen with all the required modern amenities to cook up a storm.

Other highlights include a 15m pontoon with complimentary access to fishing rods and kayaks and the sparkling 15m riverfront pool. The exterior of the home features electric gates with enough space to store a caravan, boat, or jet ski. Upon entering the home, the grand ambiance is immediate with its high ceilings and contemporary interior.

The open-plan gourmet kitchen makes entertaining a pleasure with granite benches, quality stainless steel appliances and island bench seating for six. For those who enjoy a competitive game of pool, there is a snooker space complete with a pool table located just off the kitchen. This kitchen also overlooks an indoor dining table with seating for eleven. Extending off the kitchen and dining area is the outdoor deck and patio that overlooks the magical Mooloolah River. This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with its large dining table that can be extended to seat up to twelve guests. Are you the designated chef when on holiday? Cook up a storm in style using the commercial gourmet barbecue as you watch the afternoon go by as boats, kayaks and jet skis frolic in the tranquil waters of Minyama.

Across from the dining area is the first of multiple living spaces and features a large eight seater sofa, smart TV, and views of the river.

Cinema/games room:
Located downstairs, the cinema room is themed accordingly and a great feature for enjoying a movie night on your next getaway. The space features an enormous, big screen projector with seating for four, plus additional bean bags. This room also features an awesome air-hockey table to challenge.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):
Located on the ground level, this bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed and waterfront views and a private ensuite with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2:
Located upstairs, this bedroom features a king-sized bed and waterfront views (from an adjoining balcony with bedroom three).

Bedroom 3:
Located upstairs, this bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed and waterfront views from an adjoining balcony (with bedroom two).

Bedroom 4:
Located upstairs, this bedroom is complete with a queen-sized bed, shared ensuite (with bedroom 5) and large wardrobe. This bedroom contains an additional floor mattress that can be made up upon request.

Bedroom 5:
Designed as a kids retreat, this bedroom features two double/single bunk beds with pull out trundles underneath (singles).
This room also has a smart TV and an arcade retro game console with over 1500 games. There is also 1 additional floor mattresses which can be made up upon request (for an additional fee)


Garage:
The large, double garage is 2.45m high and 5.4meters wide. Two cars can be parked in the garage and an additional three cars may be parked on the driveway inside the gate. Alternatively, you may park up to four cars and a caravan or boat. There is a ping pong table in the garage that may be folded out to use or stored when additional parking is needed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home including space to park two cars in the garage and an additional three cars on the driveway. Alternatively, you may park up to four cars and a caravan or boat. There is also an assortment of fishing rods, crab traps, pool toys, scooters, SUP and kayaks available for guest use during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in close proximity to beaches, parks, boat ramps, shops and public transport. The home itself is north-facing and backs onto the beautiful Mooloolah River where fishing, kayaking and boating are the order of the day. If you’re keen to explore further than our beautiful backyard, Minyama is central to a variety of attractions.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, however the home is around a 15 minute walk to Nicklin Way where the main bus services are available and operate frequently.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Please note the backyard of this home has cycad plants. These plants may be toxic to dogs if ingested. Please keep this in mind if you plan to bring a dog that likes to chew.

*There is a boat docked to the private pontoon. This boat is off-limits to all guests. Please note that there are security cameras monitoring the boat on the pontoon, these cameras look toward the boat and the pool and pool patio area on NOT visible on the pontoon camera to protect your privacy. While the boat is off-limits, you are still able to fish and dock kayaks/paddle boards at the southern end of the pontoon. If you wish to dock a jet ski or small boat to the pontoon, this must be approved by Welcome Ready prior to your booking. Depending on the boat/watercraft size, there is still room on the western end and lots of space to dock on the southern side of the pontoon. Please reach out to us for approval if you wish to dock a boat, jet ski or watercraft to the private pontoon.

This property was perfect for our needs. I had my 2 brothers and my sister and our families stay together. The location, size and layout of the property were fantastic. Check in and check out was easy. I was very disappointed in the state of the bbq as this was planned to be our main source of cooking for the stay. It was not very clean and the whole grill plate was missing. Also, the bbq table (when extended) was filthy. Apart from this there was quite a number of maintenance items that were noticed however these did not impact our stay but were noted. Management of the property were very helpful with the mentioned issues which was bery much appreciated.

My husband and our family enjoyed 10 lovely days at this beautiful, waterfront property and created memories that will last a lifetime! Despite a few cleanliness issues which we took up separately with the property managers, everything was as advertised and the property managers were very responsive to all communications. Would definitely consider for future visits to Australia!

Everything you could want and more for a relaxing break!
What a dream property - waking up to the sunrise over the Mooloolah River, modern kitchen with every gadget and appliance we needed to create family meals. Even though it was rainy on and off over the weekend, the kids were never bored and loved the fun of throwing in the crab pots and fishing from the private jetty. The pool itself was also inviting to the kids and sunset drinks on the jetty were a lovely peaceful way to end the day and herald the start of the pool competition. The property also uses sustainable everyday products. We would totally recommend this property.

The house was just perfect for our large family group - spanning from grandparents to babies! The younger ones loved the pool and the jetty and the kayaks and fishing rods provided. The pool table and the cinema were a great hit! The neighbourhood is very quiet. We had to drive to the beach but we knew that would be the case. Highly recommend this family home with so much space.
