Moffat Escape - Dog friendly holiday house

Dog-friendly accommodation (up to 2 dogs) and right in the hub of all that Moffat Beach and Kings Beach have to offer.

2 minute drive to popular Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelley Beach and city centre - so central to everything.
10 minute walk if that's what you prefer to Kings Beach, Moffat Beach and Shelley Beach.

You will have the entire property to yourself.
Moffat Escape is located in a quiet neighbourhoood and it is imperative that all guests respect the location and our neighbours. No noise after 10pm

To relax on your break, there are 2 living areas - a small reading nook and a lounge room. The lounge room has a smart TV capapble of connecting to your streaming accounts like Netflix.

There is wifi provided.

There are 2 airconditioning units, one to service the main living/dining/kitchen area, the other is in the main bedroom.

There are ceiling fans in main bedroom and second bedroom and living/dining areas.

There will be a small starter pack of pantry essentials (cooking spray, salt, pepper, paper towels, tea, coffee and coffee pods) provided.

Dishwashing essentials provided

There is a hand towel, face washer and bath mat provided for each bathroom. Body wash is also provided in each shower. There is a bathtub in the main bathroom. Starter toilet paper provided - enough for a weeked. Longer stays will need to provide extra rolls.

There is a clothes dryer in the garage. Please clean the lint filter after use.

The yard is fully fenced for your fur-babies. We are allowed 2 dogs at Moffat Escape. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside as well, but please never on the furniture or beds.

Please ensure all dog faeces is picked up, bagged and disposed of upon departure.

Perfect stay for families and those with pets
The property was in a lovely location not far from Moffat and Dicky Beach and offers plenty of space with an enclosed yard for dogs. The house is well maintained and equipped with all your needs, including some food supplies and is easy to keep clean and maintain . Great presentation and very welcoming hosts .

Beautifully clean and immaculately presented house, ready for the two of us and our fur baby. We enjoyed getting to know the beaches in the area, particularly the walking tracks between Shelley & Moffat. Kings Beach didn’t disappoint with great waves for my boogie board riding husband. Lovely quiet, central location.

Well presented and comfortable holiday home
The house inside was very well cleaned and beautifully decorated, as well as a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed to have a lovely stay (except BYO linen). Our small doggy was very happy with the yard and there were a few pieces of wood and pavers to fill in some small gaps in the fence. We would definitely consider staying again and recommend this house for a family get-together or holiday. A little far from the beach to walk on a hot day or with small children, but only a short drive away. My only two bugbears (pardon the pun) was there were flying ants bothering us in the alfresco area which came inside and the BBQ was a little dirty so we needed to clean before we used it. Other than that it was perfect! Thanks Belinda for being so understanding with our booking.

We booked at the very last minute under distressing circumstances, and found the hosts to be incredibly accomodating and understanding. ' We arrived to find the property sparkling clean, beautifully presented and offering all the essentials needed to settle in and feel at home. Over our stay we discovered we were walking distance to the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood that was close to shops and activities, whilst also provided with books, games and things to do at the property to keep us entertained. Our whole family - Mum, kids and teens AND our little canine companion - felt safe, relaxed, comfortable and welcomed.

Could not fault our stay the property has everything you need and more. Great location and short drive to dog friendly beach. The House facilities modern are amazing. You could move straight in.
