Accommodation Details
Rest easy in one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms at this Mooloolaba villa, with plenty of space outside for your pet dog. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an immaculate ensuite for added luxury. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third room has two king singles that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. The villa also boasts ample alfresco living space, including a spacious undercover deck accessible from the kitchen, perfect for outdoor leisure with a corner sofa, fire pit, bar stools, and BBQ.

The courtyard which is fully fenced for a pet (see pet details below) overlooks the pool and includes a second alfresco dining table, ideal for meals under the stars. For added convenience, there's also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The villa offers a dedicated work area, allowing you to stay productive, and a spacious laundry area with a washer, dryer, and complimentary detergent. With two undercover parking spots on-site and additional street parking nearby, parking is never a hassle.

Villa Jacaranda Mooloolaba is pet-friendly for a small, non-shedding dog with prior approval, provided a photo is submitted at time of booking or booking enquiry. A pet fee applies of $100. While the villa is completely yours, the owners reside in a private studio at the front of the property, which is locked off. You may occasionally see them entering and exiting, but your experience will remain uninterrupted.

Conveniently located just a short drive from the vibrant Mooloolaba Esplanade, the villa is only a 15-minute walk to Alexandra Headland Beach and its cafes and surf culture. For everyday needs, an IGA, BWS, and the local favourite RayJays Fish & Chips are just across the road.
