„We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. „Lovely accommodations. Our group of 5-6 adults comfortably. The house is spacious, full stocked and just a short walk to beach access, shops and food. We rented electric bikes around the corner, hit the beach, and my young adult girls frequented the coffee shop (Surfinista - a block away) during our stay. We highly recommend!“

„This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.“
