The Wave is directly on the beach with a pool and professionally updated interior. This modern beach paradise brings it all home at Holden Beach with its own private heated pool surrounded by palm trees and sun giving you your own private oasis. Professionally decorated, The Wave has four separate bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The screened-in porch oceanside offers a great view of the ocean and a perfect place to sit and have your meals or read a book while enjoying the ocean breeze. This Holden Beach seaside sanctuary has an inverted floor plan which will allow you to be surrounded by the ocean, intracoastal and marsh's breathtaking views. Nice house and location
We enjoyed our stay. Oceanfront was great! Kids played in the ocean and on the beach, then came up to the house and enjoyed the heated pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower and the gas grill.

Beautiful home! Very nice location with parking for at least 4-5 vehicles. Four bedrooms and each room has their own attached bathroom! Bonus!! Loved the screened in porch with dining table and chairs. So many shells and shark teeth on the beach! So if you love collecting! This is the place!

We love Holden!
Great house and location! We loved this property and would stay again! Easy to access house and area on the beach. Short walk from pool to beach and ocean. Loved the spot of the beach with great tide pools for the kids! House was very clean and well supplied. Communication was great with the host! Very responsive when we had an issue with the umbrella that was broken. A new one was sent and set up to us within a few days. Holden is one of our favorite places to visit and this trip did not disappoint!

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the house! We especially loved having all of the bedrooms on the same floor and each room having its own bathroom was an added bonus! The pool was wonderful as well.

Wonderful vacation
My family had a wonderful stay with our group of 6 adults and one toddler! The house was so nice, very clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed, including a pack and play and booster seat for my son and lots of beach toys. We really enjoyed eating meals on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean as well as hanging out by the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Downsizing in Style
For years we have rented a large (i.e. 10 BR, 10+BA, pool, oceanfront...) houses to accommodate family from all parts of the country for a week at Holden Beach. Over time, our schedules became so conflicted, it was impossible to find a week common to all. So we decided to downsize with only a portion of the family at a smaller home. We selected correctly!!!! We couldn't have found a better place. I have already booked next summer...... and that was before our first stay at this place. I don't want to regurgitate all the reviews, but the are correct. Great Getaway
We had a great vacation here. The home was very clean and had nearly everything we needed. We didn't see any plastic kids' cups, which would been nice, but definitely wasn't a big deal. Loved the closeness of the beach and the super easy access. My kids loved the pool and all the great shells they were able to find. Loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom and the privacy that provided. The little welcome kit provided by the host was a very thoughtful nice touch. We loved our beach vacation and can't wait to visit the ocean again!

Beautiful home, worth every penny. Jenni is an amazing host. Easy contact and fast response if you need anything. The pool is a nice touch, we used it every day. The inverted floor plan, Kitchen and Livingroom located upstairs maximizes the view. Gas and charcoal grills made cooking a breeze and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you could need to cook. We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach trip - we will be back!
Our family of 5 had an amazing time at the beach house and we will definitely be back! We have been going to a new beach house twice a year for the past 5 years to find the perfect beach/house and we finally found it! Home was clean, kitchen had plenty of equipment, pool was the perfect size for our kids. The beach was super quiet and there were a ton of shells and shark teeth! Jenni was super responsive and made all the home intructions super clear. Can't wait to book our next vacation here!

Beautiful location. We stay in Holden beach every spring and as always we enjoyed our stay. Communication was fabulous and check in and out was easy. I do think there are little things that need attention to on the property. The property needs to be cleaned a little better. Ceiling fans, screened in porch area on windows were very dirty, behind and under furniture. It looked like the surface was just done. Pillows were very flat and need replaced. The furniture in the main living area are older, but comfy. The property has a nice pool and just steps away from the sand. The new deck and walk way were GREAT! A lot of appliances and books/games included. All in all, I think there are defiantly little things that could be done that would make this house even more fantastic.

Rest at the Ocean
From the moment we arrived, we realized that we had made the right choice. The pictures are an exact representation of the house. We loved the large windows that provided natural light and amazing ocean views day and night. The kitchen was fully loaded with the basics but of course bring your own small favorite items. The open concept allows you to cook and see the family. The option to eat indoors or on the screened in porch was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the room set up was perfect for little ones and grandma to go to bed early and others stay up. The heated pool and easy access to the ocean made it easy to enjoy multiple times throughout the day. We did not explore the town, but we saw lots of restsurant options or cute stores to explore. There are a lot of steps but it allows for great ocean views and space in the house so it doesn't feel like everyone is on top of each other. The owner, Jenni, was responsive prior to and during the trip. Thanks Jenni for providing such a great resting place at the ocean!

This house was just amazing. We loved the views and the short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time using the pool and appreciated that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. I’m also permanently in love with the refrigerator and will be buying that for my next fridge purchase!!
