„The property is in a great location with ample space. Rooms were spacious and furnished well. We just had two minor comments - the stove top runs very hot. The upstairs shower/tub combo only has water for tub - the shower did not work. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would rent the house again. Also, I have already recommended the place to a friend.“

„This property met our needs exactly for a small family reunion, plus remote work for my husband. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back ...

„This was a great location and beautiful place. Had all the amenities that the site said it did. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware, pots and pans, etc!!!!!!!The only downside to this, we were not aware that when we arrived, we had to make our own beds. This is not something that I/we have ever had to do in any other VRBO we have stayed at. would have been nice to know this before we got there.“

„This property is oceanfront and in the perfect location! Very nice place and plenty of room for all 8 of us. Upon check-in we did notice sand on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen floor, in some of the bedroom drawers and on the sofas. There was also trash from the previous renter on the floor under the edge of the sofa. But these were easily fixed and the rest of the unit was very clean! Owner was attentive and responsive, and great about keeping us updated on the tropical storm moving ...
