„My family enjoyed our stay, very conveniently behind a mini mart and Sharky's Bar and Grill. Great for my family since all my kids are all adults so we could sit on the deck and enjoy the music. But probably not best for people with small children or anyone who wants to sleep early but again was perfect for us. It was cozy not a whole lot of stairs, so I appreciated that as well. My children definitely want to come back. Thank you! “

„We had a great weekend stay. Easy to get access to the house. Proximity to the beach and jetties is great. Spent time on the beach, rode our bikes to Sharky’s to eat, and chilled on the porch watching surfers. “

„Cozy , very comfortable. At walking distance from the beach , we really enjoyed our stay there . Very quiet we loved it . “

„We had a great time at this house! Easy access to the beach, hose at both front and back porch to wash sand off. I LOVED the back porch facing the water. I would sit out there and have coffee, go to the beach, get burnt and then hang out at the covered porch til dark. Lots of items available for use. The Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests as well! “

„This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. „Stay wasn’t horrible but not the best. House needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. The tub in the main restroom is cracked and is leaking downstairs. It has already caused a whole in the foundation. Not long before someone falls through. Knobs were falling off doors/ kitchen cabinets. Some beds felt as if they had sand on them. „We had a great stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach was just steps away, which made it super convenient. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!“

„Good day! Unfortunately we were not able to stay in her house because we would have frozen here. It is an impertinence to rent a house for the beginning of November without proper heating. We imagine a feel-good holiday a little differently than freezing under blankets.The door is completely crooked and the windows are leaking. We also took pictures of the situation, including a thermometer, which we will forward to our lawyer.“
