Riesiger Wasserpark und viele andere Aktivitäten. Einfacher Zugang zu Golfplätzen in der Umgebung. Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist auf dem Grundstück. A view of the beach!
Very nice beach house. The balconies each have a small view of the ocean, which we loved! The house is only maybe 6-8 back from the beach, so it’s nothing to walk, but it’s great having a golf cart included!! The house was spacious and clean. And the host Carolyn was very quick to respond to any questions and even checked in with us after we had checked in. Would def stay again! Thank you!!

Great Location
Very nice home, clean and comfortable for all 8 adults in my group. A good time was had by all. We used the expansive deck most nights to eat and play card games. Golf cart was a great bonus. But my absolute favorite was the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water it was perfect! Thanks we will come again!

Fall festivities galore , although we went for an estate planning short meet and greet it is a lovely park and we will be back . The host is very helpful and pleasant! The Home decore for fall and Halloween were a nice surprise 😍

I booked this property for my sons families for a family vacation. Caroline was very easy to contact and answered any questions/problems with had with the property quickly. The property is in a great location - close to the beach and a short ride away from the pool, snack bar, and activity building. My sons and their families enjoyed their stay.

Oceanlakes site 1183
Overall this house is as described online. We were able to get in the house a little earlier than expected, so that was nice. The kitchen and living room floors had not been mopped but otherwise the house and bathrooms were clean. We were informed as we checked in that the oven wasn't working. The owner did try to get it repaired but we only had 1 night that it worked. That really messed up our breakfast bacon and cinnamon rolls routine. I was disappointed that the owner offered no kind of compensation. A gift card for Sandy's Meet and Eat, or Hardees'--or a discount on future booking? Nothing. The outdoor grill was on the upper deck and in good shape. The outdoor deck was in bad shape-rotting wood and peeling finishes. We could not walk barefoot on the deck for fear of splinters. The outdoor space under the house had some old chairs-nothing comfortable to lounge in. The golf cart was adequate. It would have been nice to have a larger one since the house sleeps 12, but we rented one from Oceanlakes. It's a very short walk to the beach access "T" at the far right of the Oceanlakes property. It's close to the Holiday Inn and there were fireworks every night. This house is 8 houses back from the beach.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room to spread out, yet great spaces to gather and share time. The walk to the beach was minimal. The golf-cart added a bit of fun as we toured the neighborhood. The area homes are as varied as the people and equally as charming. It was a festive trip.

The owner was very helpful, and this house was close to the beach! Golf car included and 2 lovely decks! Ocean Lakes, however, charged for parking. Plus, bicycles and mini golf cost extra. Houses way too crammed next to each other.

Family Vacation
We had a great time as always at OL. From the beach, to the pool, to the water slides and of course the golf cart parade! The house was awesome. We had 11 plus a baby and we all fit perfectly. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a week. We all loved just sitting on the decks talking and watching the waves. Even though we were so close to the beach it was nice to have a golf cart. We would definitely stay at this property again. We would recommend it.

Great house!
Great house really close to beach! Only downfall to our trip was no internet for more than half the week. This of course is no fault of the owner but did hinder the vacation, especially for our teenagers. Overall though this is a great place to stay!

Do Not Recommend
The layout of the house, the overall condition of the property, and the amenities of the campground were mostly what we expected, but we were not prepared to have to clean the house top to bottom as soon as we arrived. The floors were filthy, the bathtubs were sandy, every surface of the house was dirty and most tables were sticky (wash cloth was brown after cleaning), the mattress covers for all of the beds were filthy and had to be washed immediately, one of the mattresses in the bunk room was so dirty and stained that it couldn’t be used, and there was mouse poop found in the bed that our toddler was supposed to sleep in. Keeping in mind the cleaning fee that was charged, we feel that this was completely unacceptable. The most frustrating find came at the end of the week when we were adjusting one of the air vents and found black mold and mildew growing. Had we discovered this earlier, we would have left the property and found a new one.

The house was a good location, super close to the beach. Having a golf cart available was awesome. I was glad to be able to bring my dogs. Loved the deck area our favorite part of the house. The parts that could have been better…clean sheets on the bed. They where placed on top of the bed for us to make. After driving for 7 hours and unpacking we were super tired to have to make our beds. Granted it was nice to know the sheets were clean! We had trouble getting the dishwasher to work the latch wouldn’t stay locked so the cycle could run. Overall a good experience.

Perfection!
I cannot say enough good things about the property and the location. We have 5 kids, 11 to 3. The house accommodated SO GREAT in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. We loved the porches; the outdoor furniture on them was amazing as well. Having the golf cart come with the house was also a game changer. The house was so close to the beach and that was an awesome convenience too. The house combined with all the amenities of the campground were perfection. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. I literally have nothing bad to say and I’m hoping we will get to book again for the fall.

House not clean. Not worth the money
Location was fine but the cleanliness of the property was substandard. Paid way more than the house was worth. Also there was a very high cleaning fee that I paid beforehand but then realized when I got there that there was a long list of departure cleaning duties. If this were stated in the rental agreement I would have never rented the property. It seems unethical to charge so much for cleaning and then expect the guests to do half of it before checking out. Maybe the property manager is pocketing the money? The house definitely did not seem professionally cleaned.
