The Nauti Angler at Suwannee Water's End is tucked into the quaint town of Suwannee, Florida at the beautiful Suwannee Cove Condos. Relax and unwind where the Suwannee River meets the Gulf of Mexico. In minutes, you can hop into your boat (docked in our dedicated slip) and enjoy a run down the river to one of the many natural springs or find your favorite fishing or scalloping spot in the Gulf of Mexico and nearby Salt Creek. Spend your day on the water with your favorite water sports or kayaking the river and exploring one of the many nearby coastal islands. Drive the Dixie Main Line through the Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge in your vehicle or explore Suwannee on your golf cart or ATV. Finish up your day with a visit to the sandbar in your boat or other watercraft to watch the sunset or enjoy dinner and cocktails at the Salt Creek Restaurant.
Please note that Suwannee does not have beach front access. You can get to some 'beachy' areas by boat on several of the coastal islands, but we do not have a traditional beach.
Parking for two vehicles is available under the unit and is marked ‘203’. Overflow and trailer parking are available on site. Guests of Suwannee Cove are allowed to launch at the marina next door free of charge. As mentioned above, we have a dedicated deep water boat slip, also marked 203, that is just outside of the west side of our condo. The boat slip easily accommodates boats in the 21-25 foot range with unobstructed overhead passage to the Suwannee and Gulf of Mexico. You will be able to see your boat from the master bedroom’s bay window or our balcony.
The building does have an elevator.
This 2nd floor unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, plenty of closet space and a master bathroom with double vanity, water closet and large shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. These two bedrooms are conveniently located next to a shared guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The comfortable living room includes a 65" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and access to Samsung's TV programming. Use the condo’s accounts or log into your own.
The dining table (4 chairs) and barstools (3) will accommodate 7 people. Our fully appointed kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove/oven, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator and other small appliances including a blender, toaster, coffee pot and electric can opener. Dishes, cook-ware, utensils and drinkware are provided. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Please note this is a non-smoking unit. We ask that you do not smoke on the balcony, in the condo or shared walkways. Smoking will incur an additional cleaning $250 fee. We ask that guests do not bring pets. Guests arriving with pets will be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet. No parties or events allowed.
