Avoid this hotel
The only upside of this hotel is the valet parking and the size of the rooms, big working desk & some convenient amenities for a longer stay.
Shocked to see that the only window in the whole room (Superior Studio) is found in the bathroom. A small window, shielded by a mosquito screen, looking directly into a wall.
There’s no daylight ever reaching inside, it’s like living in a bunker or prison cell.
The breakfast is served in another windowless location (the basement).
Speaking of the breakfast, they still serve pre-made microwaved meals! The “Western option” is absolutely inedible! The “Korean option” is somewhat edible (rice, meat soup, kimchi) but still not worth its price.
Other hotels in the area have since long started full breakfast service again. To blame COVID is just a trick by the hotel to save on cost and still charge you an arm and a leg for the “service”.
The hotel states there are laundry facilities available to all guest directly in the property. Not so! We were given a map to a hard-to-find laundromat 20-30 mins away from the hotel.
Staff are generally unhelpful with any requests.
The “discount” price to book here is another gimmick! Don’t be fooled. You’re not getting any value for this price.
We finally decided to move out early and find a better hotel (the Somerset).
