WiFi, and air conditioning/ heating in the bedroom, kitchen, dining and lounge are included.

Villa Rustica Nicole has a superb rural location, great for walking and cycling around the countryside. If you love the azure waters of the Adriatic, then you are only 25 minutes drive from Pula and Rovinj beaches, where you can enjoy the spectacular Istrian coastline. Why not visit the old city of Rovinj and enjoy the local cuisine in one of the many waterside bistros. Fazana beach is a 20 minute drive away and Svetvincenat is a short 6 minute drive to the charming Grimini castle where there is an interesting array of cultural events taking place in the summer.
