Looking for the perfect location to enjoy Jackson Hole, West Yellowstone & all the beauties & hikes in between? Our large, cozy, cabin boasts a very open floor plan w/ ample space for your family. With over 8,000 square feet there is room for families to come together to watch movies in the theater room, play games, play/relax outside, hike, fly fish, explore, swim , boat, Ride ATV’s or motorbikes or snow machines (wintertime) & settle in as a family by the fire pit to make s’mores & hotdogs.
Here’s why.... you should let us host you! There is room for everyone in your family including privacy options with 6 themed bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, & 2 full jetted-tubs plus a wonderfully soothing hot tub. Each bedroom has been created as your own private suite. Complete with TV/DVD combinations (some 75" big screens & some smaller) & each bed has been assembled with individual Cabin themes, plus bed warmers to create a cozy cabin atmosphere. (Even if he likes it cold & you like it warm!) There are full closets, including several walk-ins that leave room for pack & plays (we provide) for little ones to sleep in quiet-comfort during nap times.
Upstairs there is a large bonus room with pool table, couches, flat screen TV, & gaming systems. This loft room can sleep MANY people comfortably. This room has also been used for exercise instruction—including Yoga, Step, Pilates & much more.
Downstairs the expansive theater room seats 8 adults and many children in leather, reclined comfort. (See the tiny kids couches!) The powerful surround-sound system with Blu-ray player and HDMI projector plays surround sound as clear as any movie theater. This room is stocked complete with over 100+ movies for your viewing pleasure.
Our cabin is ideally located across the river from the Dam Store in Swan Valley and is accessible throughout the year. The amenities include:
• Huge driveway that can be used to park ATV’s and other toys
• Extra full-sized fridge in the garage for storing food. (When coming from out of town we provide recommendations for the best places to shop for groceries & shopping.)
• Kitchen complete with all cooking appliances and all small kitchen appliances & elements, you’d need.
• Circular driveway—with plenty of spacious room.
• Access to the basement from the garage (perfect for winter-time entry via snow machine—a rare adventure!)

• 90 min from Granite Hot Springs to swim in a natural hot springs flowing straight out of the mountain. Experience the Amazing Views!
• Lots of trails nearby for hiking and motorcycle/ATV riding in the summer & snowmobiling in the winter
• Hiking—There are a variety of hikes nearby including the Lower Palisades and Upper Palisades Lake hikes. When you book w us, we will provide you with premier hiking locations.
• Horse back riding— There are many horseback adventures that could be encountered in these mountains. This would require a certain strength & physical fitness level. (Recommendations provided upon booking.)
• Boating & Jet Skiing—The Palisades Lake Reservoir is the ideal place for an adventurous water activity day. Whether you enjoy just boating, water-skiing, wake-boarding or jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking or whatever... this Lake offers activities that can create memories of a lifetime for all ages.
• Fly fishing on the Snake River is famous & a truly epic adventure.
• Snow Machining— around the Palisades Lake and surrounding areas. (January—March months only)
• Four-wheeling & Ranger Riding— throughout the many mountain ranges, small rivers and the local trails. So fun!
• Golfing available at several courses within 30-60 minute drive.

It's designed to be the perfect retreat with all the activities nearby... hikes, water sports, trails, camping, Hot Springs, beaches, golfing, fishing, boating, horseback riding, surfing, fly fishing, with amazing views, lakes & countryside available to explore. Plus in the wintertime there's snow machining, ski-in/out, cross-country skiing & significant exploring. Come see the Iconic Cities of Jackson Hole, WY & several National Parks--Grand Teton, West Yellowstone, Craters of the Moon National Monument & many others--just a short drive from the cabin. Yet experience a peaceful OMG! Cabin complete w a Chef's Kitchen that's really off-the-grid! We love to provide our children & grandchildren with "experiences" not "things"... we appreciate history, traveling, learning and seeing new places & then sharing with others.

Outside our cabin has a large wrap around deck that features a 6 to 8-person hot tub, a spacious grassy area with a spectacular raised outdoor fire pit. (If you and your family have never experienced outside campfire dessert pies w/ pie filling and frosting—it’s about time!). Also, outside the:
• Relaxing Hot tub seats 6-8
• Spacious fire pit surrounded with stamp-Crete concrete and custom-made wooden benches.
• Full area to play horse shoes, bocce ball, Frisbee golf or practice your Golfing (over the mountain) or turn on the sprinklers and let the children play on the lawn & water & Ninja Course!
• Fenced 4-acre pasture for horses with complete hitching posts & watering trough.
• Easy access to Palisades Lake reservoir and the Snake River
• Fully landscaped yard with automatic sprinkler system and large grassy area for children to play (this is rare, most places only have dirt or hay or sagebrush!)
