4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachside house in beautiful Swansea TAS. Recently been renovated internally. Spectacular ocean views from 2 sides of the house and balcony. Sleeps 8. Close proximity to beach, boat ramp and main street/shopping centre/supermarkets and golf course. A great place to chill out, de-stress and take in the fresh air. A haven for all water sports and magnificent wineries and the famous Wine Glass Bay only kilometers away!

Absolutely breathtaking!
This property is so gorgeous and Swansea is a wonderful beach town. Close to all the “things to do” and the views from the property are breathtaking. The house has everything you would need and we were a big family of 8 and were absolutely comfortable. Peter is an amazing host, we are definitely going back and recommending all our friends to stay here for their TAS trip.

Beautiful location
Overall this stay was a beautiful comfortable stay in a great location. However, a rough start didn't get our group off to a happy stay with the owner taking more than an hour to respond to checking in request messages which left us unable to access the property, outside in the rain. Suggest updating check in procedures to send through these details the morning of so your visitors aren't left waiting. Lovely house in a great location.

Perfect holiday!
Our family of 7, including teenagers and young adults, all loved this spacious home in Swansea. There was plenty of room for all of us, beds were comfortable, the house clean and all necessities provided. The location is magic - overlooking the water for afternoon sunsets, a short walk down to the water and close to town for anything needed. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, and the view!
So lovely to show up and have it feel like an actual home that someone cares about, really cozy interior while still being spacious and modern. The view is just spectacular, watching the sunrise over the ocean with morning coffee really can't be beat. One of the bedrooms is located in the bottom floor of the house completely isolated from the rest (with it's own bathroom/shower), it works as a little private apartment which was an unexpected perk. Would love to return and stay for a week.

Fantastic Stay
A fantastic stay for our two families including three kids. The house is very well equipped, spacious, clean, warm, and extremely comfortable!! Peter, the host was welcoming, helpful and great communication. We enjoyed stunning views from the balcony and swimming/playing the beach. My son and I like the 4th bedroom which is “secret hideout”. Good location, fabulous views
Peter's house was a delightful roomy, light and airy property. The house was very well equipped and was also very clean. The only downside for us (a group of 5 adults) was that the 4th bedroom was not accessible from inside the house, and was virtually a separate unit. On the plus side the separate WC in the main house. Had we been there in warmer weather the bbq on the deck would have been fantastic.

This was an extremely well presented property in a stunning location. The attention to detail in making guests feel welcome was the best we experienced during our week long travels through Tasmania. We wished we’d had a longer stay at this property in Swansea but were only there one night unfortunately. I’d highly recommend this property for anyone considering a stay in the area.

Great for overnights
Swansea was just an overnight stop to break up our drive from the Bay of Fires to Hobart, so we (me, my wife and kids and my wife's parents) weren't expecting luxury. Or really much beyond a comfortable bed. However, this place looked much better than the photos (because the photos are terrible). The beds and towels were clean and so was the house. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, and I didn't see anything to complain about. Also, the driveway was able to accommodate a passenger van, but I wouldn't try to fit a camper down it. An odd feature of the house is that one bedroom and bathroom are essentially a separate apartment that you have access to, and you enter that apartment through the bathroom. It's awkward, but unless you have four groups of people that each need their own room, the main apartment is sufficient. We only used the second apartment when the main apartment's bathroom was in use.

Beautiful property with amazing views
Lovely property, beautiful views, close to beach, and very comfortable. The only downer was that the bedrooms were very cold overnight, so I’d recommend leaving the hall heater on and bedroom doors open. Fantastic property overall though - great host, and would definitely stay again.
