Kings Studio - Romantischer gemütlicher Kurzurlaub

Kings Studio ist ein warmes, gemütliches und romantisches Refugium. Es ist mit einem neuen Badezimmer und einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Die Sonne strömt den ganzen Tag in den Raum und ein wärmendes Gas-Kaminfeuer ist perfekt für die Nächte, in denen man sich einfach nur mit einem Glas Wein und einem Picknick einkuscheln möchte! Es ist ein brandneues Split-Cycle-System installiert, das Sie auch in den heißen Sommermonaten kühl hält.

Kings Studio ist total privat mit eigenem Eingang und ist getrennt vom Haupthaus.

Das Studio ist geräumig und hell mit einem sehr angenehmen neutralen Farbthema. Plantation Shutters bieten Ihnen Privatsphäre und Lichtsteuerung. Sie haben auch Ihre eigene private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bach mit Grillmöglichkeiten auf Anfrage.

Wir können einen Picknickkorb für (2) mit veganen Optionen zur Verfügung stellen, benötigen jedoch einige Tage im Voraus. Wir geben nur die besten organischen lokal gewachsenen Speisen und versuchen immer, lokale Weine zu verwenden, wenn Sie Wein im Picknickkorb bestellen. Preis ab 100 $ für 2 Personen. A beautifully presented and spacious self-contained studio set in a quiet residential street that is a short drive from Leura's main shopping street. Has everything for a short break. Plenty of pillows, towels, bathroom supplies etc.The bed wasn't as comfortable as we hoped but that may just be because our bad backs are more problematic than most people. Basic breakfast supplies like muesli, supermarket bread, muffins, fruit, milk, tea/coffee, spreads are included (no eggs but we manage to find some in Aldi). There is a kitchen bench and portable induction cooktop and fry pan for light cooking and a small refrigerator. The couple who run the property are responsive and helpful. They have a total of three units on the properties available for bookings, and live on site. They showed us the 1brm Creek Cottage that has a proper kitchen which we will probably book next time so that we can do a little bit more cooking ourselves. Tip: If you are sensitive to fragrances, do contact the owners beforehand as there is a very strong reed diffuser in the bathroom that permeated the whole unit. I am sure they would not mind removing it before arrival.

Wonderful weekend away completing the Grand Clifftop Walk. Kim & Ian were a pleasure to deal with, the property was exactly as listed with thoughtful and generous touches throughout. We ordered a grazing platter for our arrival which was fabulous & we highly recommend.

Lovely studio apartment in peaceful bush setting

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Kings Studio apartment while visiting the Blue Mountains.The studio was actually a little hard to find on arrival to the property, but luckily the host was out the front to help us with directions to the entrance and parking area.The room itself was a good size and was tastefully decorated with lovely plush furnishings and a super comfy bed. It also had access to a private deck area at the back, which provided a beautiful cool space to relax at the end of each day.The only let down was that the bathroom area was a bit on the small side, which was a small gripe given the rest of the studio's attributes.

Weekend escape

Perfect for our weekend getaway, enjoying the beautiful Blue Mountains bushwalks and lovely restaurants and shops of Leura. Very well equipped, comfortable, cosy studio. Nice little breakfast provided as well. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful peaceful space

I booked at very short notice for a weekend away in the mountains and was happy to find this lovely place still available. It was the perfect spot to relax, very clean and beautiful interior, lovely deck surrounded by bush and garden and in a quiet location away from the main road. Kim and Ian were great hosts.

Escape from the Big Smoke….

Excellent accommodation and the tranquility is just the medicine you need after a busy working week in Sydney….. We ordered the gourmet platter for the first evening and it was more than abundant ! Excellent variety ! Thanks for a great short stay !

It was a pleasant stay!

The studio is spacious enough for a couple, and I especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the garden—it was a perfect spot to relax. The sofa was very comfortable, which I loved. It would have been even better if there were slippers available for indoor use. Ian and Kim were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes’ drive to both Leura and Katoomba.

Lovely 4 day stay

We had a lovely 4 day stay at the end of October, we loved the cottage, location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very comfortable, the only thing missing was a place to hang our cloths, we didn't let this spoil our stay but we would have liked to have seen a wardrobe and drawers ( the wardrobe in the adverting photo isn't there ad it has been replaced by a TV ). We will be happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Paul and Carol

A cosy, clean and comfortable place to stay in a quieter part of Leura. We loved waking up with the birds and found the sound of the creek very relaxing. Kings Studio is perfect for couples with a car. If you catch the train with luggage, consider pre-booking a taxi to drive you to the accommodation. Thank you Kim and Ian for the delicious gourmet platter that made our stay extra special.

Just what we needed after a hectic few weeks. The space was clean, light, peaceful and beautiful. Sitting on the deck reading our books, having a nap or watching a bit of Netflix at the end of the day, every moment there helped us to unwind. A romantic 55th wedding anniversary gettaway.

A quiet, peaceful getaway, with everything you need, in a location close to several Blue Mountain towns, and the views and walks they offer. Very friendly hosts, breakfast included, who also offer great platters. Thoroughly recommended. We stayed four nights, an ideal amount of time to sample what the Blue Mountains offers. Week Away in the Mountains

This property grabbed my attention because of the beautiful way it was styled and furnished. It looked luxurious and clean and this was exactly what we experienced. The booking process was simple and even when I had occasion to change the dates, the owner responded quickly and efficiently. On arrival, our key was provided as per pre check in instructions. The Studio looked just like the photos and it was such a breath of fresh air. The owners provided little extras like socks to keep our feet warm, bath robes, and a good selection of teas, coffee, breakfast provisions etc. They delivered a sensational cheese and fruit platter for us to enjoy and it was plenty for the two of us. The gas heater and air conditioner kept us cosy during our stay, and there were plenty of blankets and rugs if we needed extra warmth. The Studio is very private and quiet. We hardly heard any noise apart from bird song. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and I wish I had booked a longer stay. I would recommended Kim and Ian as excellent hosts. Thank you both.
