Central to everything, with major centres just minutes away by car, such as Penrith (15m) and Parramatta (20m) & CBD 45m. 5m to M4 & M7 Hwy. PLUS within easy reach of local sights & entertainment including RAGING WATERS (10m), Sydney's only DRIVE-IN MOVIES (13m), the Intl Regatta Centre (20m), or a short 1hr drive to THE BLUE MOUNTAINS!

The Space:

Getting Around:
• The house is located close to all the main motorways M4 and M7, located only a 5 minutes' drive to two main railway stations, ie Mt Druitt and St Marys and a bus depot.
• The property is perfect for someone with a car, however public transport is an option as there is a bus stop approximately 5 mins walk from the house that takes you to Mt Druitt or St Marys shopping centre and train station.
• From Sydney's Central Station, it takes approximately 50 minutes on the train, then about 10 minutes on a bus. The train leaves about every 1/2 hour.
• From 12 am to 4 am there are night rider buses that run every hour to
• Mt Druitt station. This bus ride takes approximately 1.21 hours. From there you could catch a taxi to the house.
