„This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. „This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures ...

„The place was nice and spacious which was nice, having it right on the beach was cool. There were a few minor things 1-the fridge was not level so the door didnt want to close very easy and when open drawers would just slide open 2-the sliding glass doors to balcony were very tough to open and close. 3-the hot tubs had not been cleaned and had a decent amount of sand in them. 4- there was miss communication about there being a guest book and parking passes in the room. „Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.“

„Rented this cabin for a week of snowmobiling the Tug Hill area. The trails were 1/4 mile away accessible from the restaurant down the road. The cabin was clean and quite cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Good internet and cellular service. Shana was very responsive to any questions. Overall a good experience and I wouldn’t have any reservations about staying here again in the future.“
