New 4-bedroom house on Lake Wawasee with a stunning, screened in porch!

Attention all Lake Wawasee lovers! Our brand, new 4-bedroom home is ready for you. The screened in porch offers a view of the water that you won't forget. The fire pit area will become a favorite spot after a day of sunshine and swimming right in front of the house!

Ready for dinner? You will love the large, open kitchen that keeps the family together even when the TV is on! A gas fireplace makes it cozy if you are enjoying a cool summer or fall night; we love it in the winter. Two car attached garage has a second fridge for extra food storage and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and across the street on the channel side of our property.

A wall of windows creates the atmosphere you need after a few hours working from home upstairs if needed. Our property features 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 bunk beds (twin on top of a double below), perfect for a group getaway. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 are upstairs with the desk nook and the third full bathroom that does have a tub if needed.

With amenities like a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, AC and heating, boat access and lots of room to splash and swim, you all can rest and unwind.
