„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„Great location, well maintained, clean, affordable and the staff member was friendly. My only concern was that the interior of the main door to the room did not have another layer of safety, which would be a lock from the inside only.The door only has a deadbolt, so anyone with a spare key or ability topic the lock would be able to enter. I would suggest an inside bar lock. Otherwise it was a great place and we would stay again.“

„Sehr Service orientiertes Personal selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse! Geräumige saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück gepflegtes Ambiente. Vom Flughafen in unserem Zimmer nichts zu hören. Sehr viele Crewmitglieder der verschiedensten Airlines steigen dort ebenfalls ab und die müssten es ja eigentlich wissen! Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls für ein Abendzigarettchen gut, Rauchen ist ja auch unter freiem Himmel nicht mehr überall erlaubt. “

„This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The facily is clean and the beds are pretty comfortable! We did have an issue with having no hot water on Saturday morning though which was pretty inconvenient. However the hotel was booked full with wrestlers and families in town for the state championships(also why I was there). I did not complain to staff about this because I tried to just understand the situation, and there was hot water ...
