"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir waren zu viert. Ich wollte ein 2. Kopfkissen - war nicht möglich! Die Sauberkeit der Küche unzureichend. Auch nicht genug Besteck, wenn es 6 Personen wären. Mischbatterien in Bad und Dusche altertümlich, kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Ein Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. "Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist modern ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte jedoch etwas größer sein. Wir hatten für 4 Wochen gebucht und auf Anfrage vor der Buchung wurde von der Vermietungsagentur bestätigt, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Golf-Klubhaus zur Verfügung steht. Dies war vor Ort aber doch nicht der Fall. Zum Glück haben wir Verwandte im benachbarten Ort, wo wir die Möglichkeit hatten, die Wäsche zu waschen. "We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The apartment had everything necessary for a nice weekend away with its well-thought out layout and decorations and various amenities. It was just a short walk to the spa and wellness center and situated with a beautiful view of the golf course grounds. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return in the future."

"SAD to SAY that I was NOT able to STAY at this reservation. I had to contact a person to get key. Erzsébet wanted payment on arrival for the one night. I did not have the funds in Euro or Ft. My Expedia account showed payment on debit/credit to be made when I made the reservation. I was very, very disappointed. Kind of fraud!"

"Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders haben wir uns über den Pool gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist ideal, für viele Aktivitäten. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den ungarischen Städten Sopron und Györ. Die ungarische Bevölkerung war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem: Ein sehr schöner Urlaub."
