„Loved the cabin. Perfect for a couple. We loved the lower deck overlooking the River! The cabin has everything you need. The bathroom mirror is lighted and you can dim it to adjust the best lighting while doing your makeup. The kayaks are easy enough to access and a short walk. However, I would not recommend unless you are pretty experienced. There was a lot of rain in the area and the River was flowing. My guy was able to get across, but I just couldn’t. „We really enjoyed our stay at Morning Star. The cabin has no WiFi and is 3.5 miles from the main road, so I was nervous that we wouldn’t have cell phone service, but we still did. Cell phone calls & phone internet was fine. We have T-Mobil. Cabin is clean and thoughtful touches all throughout. They provided all the necessary housekeeping items but I do suggest bringing a roll of paper towels with you. The hot tub stays nice and hot. We enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit. The outside lighting was wonderful, and it was so peacful, and quiet. The neighborhood was really nice we took our dog for a walk for about an hour, and never encountered a vehicle.
