A hall-access bathroom is convenient to all guests. Upstairs you'll find an open loft bedroom with a queen bed and tree top view of the woods and ensuite bathroom. The couch in the living area downstairs converts to a sofa sleeper.

In the winter, the house is only a 15 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Ski Resort which touts itself as having "The Best Snow in Idaho."

The hillside to the river is steep. There are stairs that take guests a little over half way down the hill to a landing. For guests seeking to hike further down to the water, please use caution.
