The Space:
BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There are 2 Full beds, 1 Queen bed with Twin trundle, and 1 King bed.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the private primary bedroom, featuring a King Bed offering a large walk-in closet, a smart TV, and a private attached bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2 - This bedroom includes a Queen Bed as well as a pull out trundle Twin Bed underneath for an extra guest. Natural light and bright decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or their family members.

Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features a bunk bed made of 2 Full Beds which is a perfect place for rest and close company.


BATHROOMS
You'll find the master bedroom bathroom with 1 walk-in shower as well as another bathroom with 1 shower-tub combo conveniently placed between the both other bedrooms. Stocked with toilet paper and towels.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances and a sufficient amount of seats to gather and enjoy meals or savor morning coffee moments with supplied k-cups at the Keurig at our stand-alone coffee bar area. Let the large 65" smart TV in the living room elevate movie nights or enjoy some healthy competition at the pool table.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Don't forget to step into the outdoor hangout equipped with an outdoor pool, fireplace, grill, TV, and dining space overlooking the pool and channel. Relax and unwind in the outdoor chairs under the lanai. Jump in the water and enjoy the happy Florida weather!

Extremely quiet and great place for family!

Getting Around:
Getting around the neighborhood is easy and parking is no problem anywhere

Other Things to Note:
**The kayak and paddle board are for your use but use only at your own risk. High/low tide can affect the difficulty level of entering and exiting the water-so use at your own physical ability. No lifeguard on duty.

**Pets are allowed but there is a one-time pet fee of $125 per stay. If unsure-just communicate with us and we would be happy to help you with the payment and answer any questions :)

**$500 smoking fee. There is no smoking on our property. We kindly ask that you follow this rule as it affects future stays
