„Um 17:00 war der Zugang zur Rezeption geschlossen, man musste das Check-In bei einem kleinen Fenster ausserhalb des Gebäudes machen. Das Deposit war $ 100 und wurde erst nach 8 Tagen wieder gutgeschrieben. Der angebotene Kaffee am morgen war nicht vor 09:00 verfügbar, was für uns zu spät war. Es hatte ein paar "spezielle Gäste" in diesem Hotel. Für eine Übernachtung war es gerade noch okay.“

„Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel itself is not new but the room was very clean with updated furniture and floors. It is obvious the owners take care of it. I was only there for one night with an early morning appointment so can't say much about the surrounding area other than it was convenient to my appointment.“

„This property is absolutely beautiful and the home is well appointed as well as charming. It literally is a working farm on the Chesapeake Bay which is a wonderful experience. You will enjoy restful quiet evenings sitting at the outdoor fire while star gazing and listening to the wildlife. „Home was so private and unique. Fully stocked with lots of thoughtful amenities and activities supplies. No bunk beds now. Washer needs cleaned and dishwasher but home was very clean. Host was very supportive and available. Home has new floors and room hvac units. Hiking trails and perfect for kite flying.“

„Our second time staying at the house. We absolutely love the property and all its surrounding wildlife. Enjoyed spending time hiking, fishing, crabbing, and watching eagles flying over the water. „We were booked to go to OBX, but the snowstorm changed that...so plan B! Plan B was a fantastic choice...great place to chill out, drink wine, dance and relax by the bonfire! Hosts were very quick to respond to emails, the beds were comfy and the kitchen stocked! I'd love to come back (I live in Oregon) and bring my grandsons here this Summer! “
