We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff at the second hotel, and their main office staff. „Asanja Moru has been around for 9 years is a lovely property. I really like the location in the western part of the Serengeti, it is green and lush and beautifully serene. „Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. „The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. “

„The location and setting is magnificent, but what made Pioneer so special is the wonderful service by all the staff working under the perfect oversight of Manager Simon. Our tent butler, Juma, was a special delight. The nightly dining under the stars was so special and the meals were excellent. We recommend it to anyone wanting a tented experience with great comfort and pampering.“

"Wir wurden herzlich in der Unterkunft empfangen, mit einem Welcome-drink und snack. Check-In verlief sehr gut und Koffer wurden schnell auf unsere Zimmer gebracht. Weiteres Highlight ist der Fahrservice auf dem Gelände. Kurz gesagt einfach nur ein super Hotel welches auf Service aus ist und den Kunden immer im Vordergrund hat. "

"Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sauber und schön. Das personal so freundlich und hilfsbereit, so etwas gibt es in Europa leider nicht. Der Transfer mit Talixo hat weder bei Abholung geklappt noch bei Rücktransport. Wir hätten fast den Flug verpasst wegen Talixo, obwohl ich immer Abholungen per Mail bekommen habe "

"MyBlue is a nice hotel direct on the beach, owner is an Italian family, so it's a little bit like in Rimini... If you wnat to have a sun bed on the Beach, you have to pay!! At least Myblue rent these sunbed to everybody for 10$. For 10$ you can stay the all day on the most beautifull beach of Zanzibar, bring your own drink and food, have a free internet the all day. Is that not nice! I paid 3000$ for 9 nights and have to pay extra to be on the beach. Next time i will take an cheap hotel and will spend my day for 10$ at Myblue... When you are booking a room add the information that you don't want a room next to the Disco!!!"
