„Nonostante fino a pochi secondi prima fossimo stati al telefono con una collaboratrice esterna, al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad aprirci e una volta riusciti a entrare (sfruttando l'apertura del cancello da parte di un altro ospite) ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a trovare qualcuno che desse le chiavi della camera. Non dico "che ci desse informazioni" perché non ne abbiamo ricevute, né ne abbiamo trovate in camera. Nessuna info ad es. sull'utilizzo del wifi, che infatti non abbiamo mai potuto ...
