This home offers a prime locale, combining tranquil open spaces with close proximity to both Taos and nearby ski resorts.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on the leather sofa with a chaise in the living area. Toss a few logs of the provided oak or aromatic piñon in the wood-burning stove and stream favorite shows on the 50” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Use fresh herbs from the garden and whip up a tasty meal in the kitchen, equipped with a French-door refrigerator and a full suite of high-end appliances and gadgets.

When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for eight.

BED & BATH

This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, each with charming custom highlights.

Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, vintage armoire, and direct access to the courtyard. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a spacious walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, outfitted with a plush queen bed. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and a smart TV.

The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee on the wraparound porch, offering a host of sitting nooks, including a large sectional sofa, bistro tables, and armchairs.

Parking is available for up to six cars in the driveway and covered parking area. There is also RV parking available, with on-site water and electric hookups. In winter months, an AWD vehicle is recommended.

This rental has ceiling fans throughout and a high-efficiency air-conditioning window unit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
