„Wir haben 2 Nächte im Haddon House verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr rustikal eingerichtet und es riecht alt (durch die alten Möbel). Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr voll (viele Schränke und sehr kleines Bett). Das Bad war neu gemacht und hatte eine Whirlwanne plus TV-Gerät. Leider stand uns in diesem Hotel kein Wasser zur Verfügung, lediglich Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee. Die Situation beim Frühstück: Essen war ok, leider musste alles einzeln bestellt werden. „From the moment we arrived we were given such a warm welcome. Room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Lovely bathroom, fluffy towels. Plenty tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Best breakfast ever. Loved it and will definitely return. “

„We booked the accommodations in the Balfour Arms in May and they canceled our reservation 2 days before we were to arrive from Australia. They offered us NO help find other accommodation , made the excuse they had double booked the room and left us high and dry. Very unhappy and lucky to find somewhere else at this time of year.“
