The highlight of our property is the large backyard, ideal for parking boats and extra vehicles, as well as for family activities like cricket. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals together, and the front deck offers lovely views of the mountain and lake, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Located just a short distance from town and the lake, you’ll have easy access to all Taupo has to offer. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the perfect base for your family getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, the spacious living areas, and the well-equipped kitchen. The large backyard is yours to enjoy, complete with plenty of space for parking boats and extra vehicles. You can enter the home via the backyard, which has a single-level entry for easy access. Enjoy the front deck with slight views of the mountain and lake, perfect for relaxing outdoors. We’re happy to provide tips on local attractions and activities during your stay!

IMPORTANT: Please note there is a one bedroom self contained flat on site that can be occupied from time to time by other guests.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules

We have a strict noise curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our close neighbors.
No smoking or vaping indoors; please dispose of all cigarette butts thoughtfully and safely.
Tents are not allowed on the lawn.
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on-site, unless arranged in advance.
If the downstairs self-contained unit is rented, please be respectful of other guests.
