„Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. “

„Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. „I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. “
