„Bei diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig, der Ausblick von der Terrrasse und auch aus jedem Fenster ist wunderschön, das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Annette half bei allen Fragen und war sehr freundlich. Absolut Empfehlenswert !“

„This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. „A very well-presented house (polished floors, retro-stylish decor, with an emphasis on "shed" implements etc) with a beautiful and ever-changing wide view across an arm of the harbour - offering both location and comfort/style... a great place just to hang out and relax, and watch the kōtare/kingfishers and piwakawaka/fantails. FYI, the two bedrooms are curtained alcoves from the main room, so low on aural privacy. Extremely clean. Absolutely Superb!“

„Wir haben uns zu dritt unglaublich wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Appartement. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem tollen, gepflegten Garten lädt zum Frühstück und gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns wertvolle Tipps. „Such a beautiful property and a well maintained house inside. All features present that you need. It is quite isolated (which was great for us) so would recommend bringing any food you need for your trip. The host was very good with giving clear information about the stay. „Had two superb days here on our second trip to Kawhia. Love the very clean and tidy house, the views and the three lawn mowers who came to visit! Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist viel zu hoch (Stichwort: Kärcher) und lässt sich nicht begrenzen. Es gibt nur an oder aus. Lediglich die Temperatur lässt sich einstellen.
