„We enjoyed our stay here! It was modern and clean. We appreciated the hot tub. We also loved the gift basket with treats - especially the home grown grapes! What a treat. It was very thoughtful. The washing machine did shake the whole house so I'd advise doing the loads in the day/evening but not at night while trying to sleep. Also, my clothes got locked in the washing machine but youtube showed me how to easily unlock the machine :) Be advised that the closest exit from the main road is ...

„Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig mit Schafen, Eseln und einem quirligen Hund. Das Häuschen war sehr geräumig und sauber und die Gastgeber haben mich zum Dinner eingeladen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend und eine erholsame Nacht. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und lustig und geben ganz viele Tipps, was man sich in der Nähe anschauen kann. Insgesamt total empfehlenswert.“

She had obviously seen my name was not a traditional European name, although i was born here in NZ and she sent me a message the night before check-in advising me "no curries to be cooked in the house". „Lovely and quiet and less than 50min to the airport. Thames was a 25min drive for coffee etc. We really appreciated the spacious cabin. The perfect place to stopover for a couple of nights and watch the full moon rise over the Firth of Thames, enroute from Cook Islands to Aus.“

„Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.“
