Unsere Villa mit 3 Doppelzimmern ist mit kostenlosem WLAN, UK-Freeview-TV-Kanälen wie BBC und ITV, einer Wii-Konsole und einer iPod-Dockingstation ausgestattet und eignet sich perfekt für Familien, die Urlaub mit großeltern machen möchten.

Für zusätzliche Sicherheit sind unsere Hausverwalter rund um die Uhr in San Jacinto vor Ort und nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Ein großes Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.

Der Rest des Erdgeschosses bietet sehr einfachen Zugang zum Balkon und dem versunkenen, angelegten Poolbereich.

Der Bereich im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer (beide mit großen Einbauschränken), 1 Familienbad und einen kleinen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick über Costa Teguise.

Neben KOSTENLOSEM WLAN und UK-Freeview bietet das Anwesen auch einen DVD-Player (für alle wichtigen Kinder, die Ruhe brauchen) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit integrierten Geräten als Standard in unseren Mietpreisen.

Eine kleine Sammlung von Strand und Pool Spielzeug ist für unsere Gäste zu bedienen.

Unmittelbar neben dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Parkplätze, die das Entladen erleichtern.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Erwachsene. Ein Babybett ist im Preis inbegriffen. Es wird jedoch empfohlen, Ihre eigenen Babydecken mitzubringen, um Komfort und Bequemlichkeit zu gewährleisten.

Es gibt genügend Platz für größere Gruppen mit bis zu 10 Personen in Feldbetten, was zusätzliche £ 75 pro Person und Woche kostet.

Wir haben auch einen Nachbarn gleich nebenan mit einer kleineren 2-Bett-Wohnung, in der weitere 4 Erwachsene übernachten können (je nach Verfügbarkeit).

Ein Reinigungsservice kann gegen einen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Unser Hausverwalter wohnt in der Anlage und ist für den Fall, dass etwas schief geht oder Sie einfach nur ein wenig Rat benötigen, schnell erreichbar.

Wir haben über ein Jahrzehnt fabelhaften Familienurlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht und möchten nun unsere Erfahrung und unser wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Ihnen teilen.

Viel Platz, schöner Pool
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gibt eine große sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Pool. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Zugang zum Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber, lediglich einige Küchengerate mussten etwas abgestaubt werden. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Matratzen in der iberen Etage müssten durch neuere ersetzt werden.

Big house with everything you need
We found the accommodation exactly as described in the advertisement. The contact to the landlord was very pleasant and even with a minor problem, the response and help came immediate. The beach and shops are easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. The the community pool and the complex are very well maintained. There is a private parking space directly in front of the property. As a little tip, I would like to recommend the Casa de la Playa in Arrieta (easy to find through Google maps). Right on the sea with freshly caught fish and very nice waiters. All in all a very beautiful vacation, gladly again!

Sehr gute Lage. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. 10 Minuten zum Beach Anlage. Sauber, sehr gepflegt schöner Pool, große Terrasse mit blick auf dem Atlantischen Ozean. Apartment Sehr gut ausgestattet, große Küche, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Kaution wurde nach wenigen Tagen überwiesen. Grüße von Anna und Ronny.

Disappointed
The apartment was lovely, in a lovely location and Tequise is lovely and close enough to walk. The main disappointment was we booked this because it has access to a lovely pool, as advertised. However, there was NO KEY to allow us to access the pool. Unless someone else was in, who was kind enough to open it for us to be able us access. There were days this was not possible, so we could not use the pool. On one occasion my daughter got locked in and we had to knock on doors to find someone to open the gate. I emailed the owner and he replied after some hours and advised there is no key as it has been lost or damaged and suggested we could climb the wall and walk round. I am 58 and don't want to be climbing walls and there is a failry steep drop the other side too. On looking at the historical reviews it appears this has been an issue for OVER A YEAR. And appears to still not been resolved yet is still advertised as pool available. We would NOT have booked if we knew there was no key to access the pool, as this was a main reason we booked it. The complex appears to have residents also, and it was made clear to us by another resident we should have a key. Hence to shut the gate leaving my daughter inside. In my opinion this is falsely advertised and we would not have booked if we knew about this.

Great location, nice big, spacious property
The location of the villa is ideal, just a 10min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants even closer. The only disappointing thing is there is no access to the pool, if you don’t expect it, you can’t be disappointed. The beach is really nice though. The villa itself is nice and spacious with a small outside balcony area, 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities are good too, including microwave, cooker, kettle, washing machine and utensils such as cutlery and mugs etc. All in all a really nice place, just think they need to stop advertising the pool until they get a key for it.

Needs updating
Very dated property, not as advertised as still no pool key , sun loungers dirty mismatched chairs and rusty table outside, decking tha needs treating with a little mouse to entertain you. DVD works intermittently (dodgy scart lead ) matressses and quilts and covers need replacing … same ones as 2 years ago and they needed replacing then.. dishwasher broken wheels, washing machine leaves Marj’s on clothes , got locked in as handle sheared off. Whole place needs some money spent on it and updating . .

The property is clean and tidy although it is getting a little old and rough around the edges. The dishwasher has wheels missing and is rusty inside. The upstairs double bed is merely a camping bed and very uncomfortable. There are old tiles and bits of wood piled up in the entrance area. The main problem we had was that there wasn’t any key to gain access to the pool area which was one of the main reasons we booked the Villa so we’re very disappointed. The description for the Villa on Vrbo includes the use of the pool. Overall the Villa needs updating and access to the pool area…

You get what you pay for !
No pool access which after asking owner before arrival he confirmed and offered me £26 refund and said there was another pool a 5 minute walk away , it was 15 minutes ! Apartment is tired and in need of some TLC. The decking on patio and entrance is disgusting lots of dirt and debris between slats which can not be accessed to clean . Peeling paint in bathrooms and on vanity units would not use them to put my toiletries in. Broken seat and foot stool held together by washing line in living room . 2 broken sun loungers . Miss matched patio furniture . Rusting dining table and chairs . Broken runner on rusty dishwasher. Michelle the property manager is extremely helpful and the apartment is clean but very tired . The view from balcony is lovely . With a little bit of money and care put into this apartment it could be amazing and the owner could charge a lot more .

Lovely and cheap apartment with perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. We couldn’t ask for more - the place was spacious and fully equipped with anything you may need and was very close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Communication with the owner was great and all questions were answered in a very short time. We were very pleased with our stay and would come back again.

The Villa is better equipped and more spacious and comfortable than the advertisement suggests; the stay was wonderful except for not having access to the pool (we had no answer about the access key all week) and the difficult communication with the owner who has not answered any of our communications regarding the pool or compensation for not having access (the pool was one of the reasons we chose to rent this Villa).

Fab apartment. Great location.
First, I have to say that Darren is really quick and very easy to communicate with. Both before and during holiday. He is also really helpful in advising stuff about holiday. Second, Michelle who is the local contact is phenomenal and again, so very helpful. Both go above and beyond to me. Apartment may need a bit of updating decor wise but with 3 lovely double bedrooms, fantastic views and brilliant location - it truly is somewhere we would stay again. The one downside is that the owner is waiting for a replacement pool key so you have to rely on gates being open to get in and out. Not sure the photos of the apartment do it justice though. It really is very spacious and a large balcony makes it ideal for sitting out whatever time of day.

We loved our stay at this property and would return. Location and space in property are great. The owner and property manager helped us instantly with a couple of issues we had on arrival which again was great service. The pool is lovely and not busy which we enjoyed. We also hired the property next door as we were travelling as a large family group , this worked really well. It is only a 10 min walk to the centre of resort and all the lovely restaurants. This property offers great value for money.
