And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. "First time staying here. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Hotel room was clean and sufficient. There is also a Sento segregated by gender on the roof. As is was raining during my visit, soaking in the hot pool with the cooling rain falling reminded me of the outdoor Onsens in the other part of Japan. However, being an outdoor/open air Sento, cleanliness was not top notch. But I am not complaining. Parking is plenty and it is free. There are plenty of dinning options about 10 mins drive...

"私が３回目、妻が初めての沖縄、冬の沖縄は初めて。 観光地に近い場所も考えましたが、ゆっくりホテルステイも楽しみたいと思い、こちらを選択しました。 結果、大満足で不満はひとつもありませんでした。 サービス、食事、お部屋やリゾート全体、すべて完璧でした。2月の沖縄を楽しめたのはこちらのホテルだったからだと思います。 夜に聞こえてくるのは波音だけ。まさに非日常。 唯一の心残りはディナーを付けなかったこと。外で沖縄料理を堪能するために付けませんでしたが、朝食のレベルを考えるとディナーも相当美味しいはず。夜遅く帰ってきても笑顔で対応してくださったスタッフの皆様には感謝しかありません。 身も心も十分休まり、また仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちになりました。 また沖縄に行く際は利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。"

"The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel."

"Upon check in we were treated warmly by Meo. She showed us around the facilities and the view in the balcony was absolutely breath-taking. She also arranged for us to have a BBQ dinner on the 3rd evening. Akihiro helped serve the dinner and set up the BBQ for us. We absolutely loved it! "
