Kommen Sie in unsere wunderschöne neu renovierte Weinlandvilla. Die Lage ist alles und dies ist die beste Location-Bar, die es gibt. In der Nähe der Autobahn (10 Minuten), Pechanga (12 Minuten), Temecula Promenade Mall (10 Minuten), Karlsbad / Strände (45 Minuten) und das Beste im Herzen von Temeculas Weinland !!!

Sie werden sich in diesen Raum sowohl drinnen als auch draußen verlieben. Die Villa ist ca. 2.100 sq. Ft. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern. Es gibt zwei Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei angrenzende Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite. Die Küche wurde renoviert und verfügt über einen Gasherd / Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, eine Spülmaschine und einen nebeneinander angeordneten Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eisspender in der Tür. Voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm und unterhaltsam wie möglich zu gestalten. Zu den Wohnbereichen im Freien gehören sowohl vorne als auch hinten ein Essbereich, ein Feuertisch, eine Hufeisengrube, ein Maisloch und sogar eine Schaukel auf der Veranda. Genießen Sie das Grillen Ihres Lieblingssteaks, Hühnchens, Fischs oder Gemüsegerichts wenige Minuten entfernt?). Wir können es kaum erwarten, dass Sie unser VIlla erleben. Erlaubnis # RVC-344

Nice Residential property
Chose this house for proximity to family wedding venue at local winery. Quiet location, photos are accurate, house was clean and well kept, close proximity to main area with grocery and shops. Only wish we had fully understood that there is another house/ suite available on the same property. Didn’t love that strangers were so close and would have considered renting it out if we had known prior. Easy to access the property getting in and out to the street however the house number signage is difficult to see. Overall enjoyed our stay. Property owners were communicative leading up to stay. Appreciated the pack n play and high chair available.

Wedding Weekend
The property is exactly as described and as in the pictures - or even better. It was the perfect place for a home base the weekend of my daughter's wedding. With four bedrooms our family and a couple friends were able to stay comfortably there and have plenty of room. My daughter and her now husband stayed in the cottage next door. It was so comfortable, great layout, awesome yard with BBQ, spa, yard games etc - wish we had been there longer. The bridesmaids came over the morning of the wedding to get ready and it was perfect for them to have spaces to relax, eat, and get hair and makeup done. The laundry room was perfect for steaming dresses. The day after the wedding we had a place people could drop by and hang out. It was absolutely wonderful. Pat was easy to work with - quick to communicate - and has taken time to make the place truly comfortable and stocked with things you need for an extended stay. Excellent!!

In town for a family wedding. Six adults, 3 littles. It was a very comfortable place. A lot of use of the hot tub and cornhole. Beds were very comfortable. Not in love with the pillows. (foam). Would stay again.

Our sons wedding
our son got married and our family stayed here. The brides family stayed in the larger house and another family stayed in the smaller property. It was wonderful for all of us to be so close to get to know one another. The property was so clean and organized - amazing !!! Everything we needed was there. I cant say enough about how wonderful our weekend was at this property. Highly recommend!!!!

Wedding weekend
We are all from the San Francisco Bay Area and traveled down to attend a friend's wedding. We made a weekend of it, visiting Universal Studios and winetasting before the wedding on Monday night. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to all the wineries that we started with and the wedding venue. Great sized rooms for everybody, super impressed with the amenities and the entire process. We even got to see a little bunny rabbit that tends to come into the yard every day. Highly recommend.

Pat was communicative with us and easy to work with. The house was everything we had hoped and more. Pat and his wife have every amenity you can think of! The beds were extremely comfortable. Nicely Appointed
I picked this VRBO because it looked to be nicely appointed ,and it was! Enjoyed the outdoor spot in the mornings. Perfect spot to be, right in the wine testing area. The wedding venue was just across from us on the next hill. Bathroom fans would of been nice and a bottle of welcoming wine from the area would of been a nice touch. Left a bottle for the next group.

A lovely home
This house was bright and modern and the split floor plan was perfect for our family. We were in town to attend our daughters wedding. It was just like being at home. Pat clearly took care in organizing the kitchen perfectly. We had everything we needed and easy to find. The bathrooms were really nice and all the amenities we needed were provided. All the information was provided timely and we didn't need to ask for a thing. Thank you so much, I hope we come back in the future.

7 extremely happy moms!!
Myself and 6 other moms really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a quick getaway filled with wine, convenience and fun! The home had the perfect layout with 4 beautiful bedrooms and a very large living room for nightly gathering and morning coffee conversations. Pat was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and even mailed me my blow dryer after I accidentally left it. Chris at Tenec Wine Tours also rocked and Goat and Vine is highly recommended...amazing food and ambiance. We're all looking forward to vacationing here again. Thanks again, Pat!

Amazing Property with great outdoor space
This was our 2nd stay in this property and once again it exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well stocked with everything you need, great bedding and comfortable beds.
