„This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing. “

„The place was clean, comfortable stay. For the circumstances on why I was in town. Could have provided a few things inside the as far as laundry soap, more dishes. „We gave the property a four only because of some problems we ran into. For some reason we had three light bulbs blow out. The onsite maintenance group never came and replaced them. This left us no lamp in the living room. The other two were not as much of an impact. The kitchen seemed to be understocked. „The unit was clean and a/c worked well. Nice location with easy access to stores, restaurants and access to park. The coffee machine is a 12 cup mr coffee style. „Stayed there with my son to visit family in the area. Poorly maintained apartment. Lights in the kitchen did not work, the blinds for the patio door are broken, towel bar in bathroom broken, no silverware, no top sheet on the bed. Generally, not clean or maintained.
