This space is your sanctuary away from home. With fast internet and a 65 inch TV, your entertainment needs are accounted for. We will not be available in person, but we are always just a phone call away. Pets are allowed at the additional cost of 100$ per pet and must be paid after the booking is accepted. Guests are responsible for being present at all times when the pet is unleashed or caged when not present in the home. Guests are also responsible for picking up waste after their dogs around the front and the back of the house. If the guest fails to do so they will be charged an additional 25$ as an additional cleaning expense. Any damages within the home incurred by the pet will also be charged accordingly.

Refund Eligibility:
By booking with us, you agree not to contact Airbnb for any refund requests. Refunds will be considered for the following inconveniences, excluding instances of electrical outages in the area and natural disasters:

10% Refund:
No electricity.
No AC.
No hot and cold water.
Example: If you booked a 10-day stay for $100 per day (totaling $1,000) and experienced a 2-day AC malfunction, we will issue a 10% refund for those 2 days, amounting to $20.

5% Refund:
Issues with TV, internet, toilet, or appliances.

2% Refund:
The kitchen sink is clogged.
Bug bites (excluding mosquitoes).
Any pest control issues.
No toilet paper, no bath towel.
Missing items are mentioned in the property description.

Other:
Unclean bedsheets, bath towels, or any other unclean items.
We understand that cleanliness is subjective. We cannot address minute details, and therefore, no refunds will be made for cleanliness issues. However, we offer access to a laundry machine for re-washing.

In the rare event that the house is not clean at all from the previous guest, causing booking problems, or any unusual circumstance, we will fully refund your cleaning fee.
