Surrounded by nature, this home is the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the lake view, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

• The large front deck welcomes you with a serene lake view, perfect for quiet evenings and relaxation.
• Step inside to the fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to cook up your favorite meals—nothing beats a home-cooked meal shared with loved ones.
• Adjacent to the kitchen, enjoy the living room with a cozy gas fireplace and the dining area.
• Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed.
• Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.
• A full bathroom is located down the hall.

✨ Upstairs Loft
• A spacious open loft with a queen-bottom bunk, twin-top bunk, a full-size futon, and a twin bed, offering plenty of space for kids or additional guests.
• A full bathroom completes the loft space.

✨ Basement
• A fully finished entertainment area with a TV, couch, and small bar area opens up to the yard—perfect for a family hangout or relaxing after a day of activities.
• Bedroom 3: A queen-sized bed.
• A pack-n-play for little ones is also provided.
• A laundry room and supply closet, stocked with essentials like lifejackets, are available for your convenience.

• Just a short walk through the woods to the lake, where you’ll find a secluded area to enjoy the beauty of nature, whether you’re spending time with family or soaking up some well-deserved alone time.
Important Info Before You Book:
❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $500 penalty applies if smoking is detected in the home.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. All pets must be approved by the office before arrival. Any unapproved pets will incur a $500 penalty fee. Pet waste left on the porch will result in an additional $50 cleanup fee. Guests must clean up after their pets, including outdoors after potty breaks, and should not allow pets to use the decks as a restroom.
🧴 What’s Provided: The property comes with linens, washcloths, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge). Additional products must be supplied by the guest.
🌡 No A/C: This home does not have air conditioning. During summer months, it may get warm. No refunds will be given for lack of A/C.
🚗 Parking: Plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple cars.
