The Palm House is a fresh & comfortable upper duplex for couples or singles seeking relaxation, complete privacy with a short stroll to everything Terrigal has to offer. This tranquil space has a private entrance, dedicated off street parking and a large outdoor deck surrounded by a tropical terraced garden. The internal spaces are bright and airy with high ceilings and a well equipped kitchenette.

The Space:
Like a home away from home, The Palm House is a great base for local adventures and a relaxing or romantic weekend away. Enjoy a restful sleep in a high quality queen sized bed with luxurious linen and drift off to the not too distant sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Morning birds will be your alarm and within a short 8 minute stroll you will find yourself in main street Terrigal.
The interiors are light, bright and airy and have been styled with a Tropical Boho theme using a playful colour palette and interesting, eclectic pieces collected along the way.

The Neighborhood:
Terrigal Beach is one of the best known beaches on the Central Coast and is located 800m or a 7 minute walk from The Palm House. The cosmopolitan town center is home to fabulous restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, shops and a mini supermarket. The patrolled beach offers safe swimming all year round and has a small ocean rock pool tucked into the cliff at the southern end. Also at the southern end of Terrigal Beach is Terrigal Haven, a protected boat harbour with boat ramp, fishing charters, scuba diving and snorkelling, picnic and barbecue facilities.

Getting Around:
Palm house has its own off street parking space. The beach is a 7 min walk away however Terrigal topography can be hilly.

Other Things to Note:
* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* COAST HOSTING does not allow 3rd party booking on any properties without prior consent.
* PETS. While we do welcome one SMALL dog, the area is NOT fenced, we do ask that 1. You let us know the breed and size of your pooch. A $63.00 pet fee per pet will be manually added after booking.
2. That you please keep them off the furniture and bedding.
3. Please do not leave them alone in the property and respect the space by cleaning up after them. Food and water bowls are provided and a few treats to make their stay fun as well.
* Ensure 'Pet' is selected at time of booking.
The PALM HOUSE does not have a full kitchen, however does have a microwave/convection oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a weber for cooking outdoors.
* All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation *
* COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, digital speakers for surround sound, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind *
