Villa in Moraira mit 10 x 5 m privatem Pool auf ebenes Grundstück mit großer Terrasse.

Eine private Familienvilla in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit offener Rückseite. Ansichten sind in Richtung Cumbre del Sol.
Die Villa ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und in der Sonne den ganzen Tag lang. Wenn Sie im Innenbereich sind, haben wir eine Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und der Lounge. Unsere Pool-Terrasse ist für Mahlzeiten im Freien im Freien (einschließlich großer Grill) konzipiert, aber mit viel Schatten, wenn Sie es unter der Palme, der überdachten Naya oder Sonnenrollo über den Innenhof benötigen. Es gibt im Freien Tische und Stühle in verschiedenen Orten entspannte Mahlzeiten zu ermöglichen.
Im Sommer gibt es oft eine sehr willkommene Brise.
Die Bars und Restaurants in Moraira sind nur eine kurze 5 Minuten Fahrt oder ca. 25 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Lokale Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants in Tabaira sind etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. In 40 Fahrminuten erreichen Sie Attraktionen wie den Themenpark Terra Mitica und Aqualandia.

Im Inneren gibt es eine Lounge mit dreiteiligen Suite, Couchtisch, Nachttische, andere Schrank, Standard-und Tischlampen, DVD-Player, Flachbild-TV mit einer Reihe von britischen Freeview-Kanälen. Die vordere Tür gelangt direkt in den Aufenthaltsraum. Auf der Rückseite der Lounge Türen zum Pool und Naya. Tagsüber können Sie diese Doppeltüren vollständig öffnen und die magnetischen Moskitotüren nutzen. Eine willkommene Brise ohne lästige Insekten. Der Zugang zur Küche, Bad / Dusche und Schlafzimmern erfolgt über einen Flur von der Lounge.

Die Küche ist komplett für sechs Personen ausgestattet.

Schlafzimmer - alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt (einschließlich Strandtücher).
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Einbauschränke und zusätzliche Nachtspeicher - Kleidung und Koffer können alle in Schränke passen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen tragbaren Ventilator und Fenster mit Blick auf die Rückseite des Grundstücks und die überdachte Terrasse. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen langen Spiegel (einige sind in voller Länge) und wir bieten einen Haartrockner. Es gibt Nachttische in jedem Schlafzimmer mit Nachttischlampen. Bettwäsche wird gestellt und wöchentlich gewechselt. 

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Duschbad mit großer begehbarer Dusche, WC, Waschtisch mit Stauraum darunter. Es gibt eine Tür auf die überdachte Terrasse / Naya aus. 
Die Betten in diesem Zimmer können entweder als ein zusätzliches Kingsize-Bett oder zwei Einzelbetten gestaltet werden.

Mitte Schlafzimmer - Es gibt ein Doppelbett in diesem Raum.

Erstes Schlafzimmer - Es gibt zwei Einzelbetten in diesem Zimmer, das als extra Kingsize-Bett gemacht werden kann.

Well equipped villa
The villa was exactly as described, with a stunning pool and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to find and within a short distance to supermarkets and a new cafe which was worth visiting in the morning for breakfast or coffee. Sadly the weather was poor so we spent more time inside. It would’ve been good to have a few more tv channels but had the weather been better this wouldn’t have been an issue.

In a nice quiet area or Moraira with lovely views of the area. Flat plot with nice pool and everything cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The host has gone above and beyond to provide all the things in the villa for an enjoyable holiday.

Fabulous villa
Stayed here for a week with family. The villa was fab and had everything you would need. Contact with Sally was brilliant and lots of helpful information was shared to support getting here and how to use everything at the property. Air conditioning was much appreciated as was the lovely pool as it was so hot during our stay! It was only a short drive to the shops and into Moraira as well although we walked into town on a couple of occasions (approx 35-40 mins) with some excellent bars and restaurants which are well worth a visit.

Really nice villa, very clean and spacious. It was very hot when we visited so were glad of the large pool! Great communication from the owner. We needed the second small fridge in the outbuilding which was very useful as the fridge in the kitchen is very small. Overall a great holiday, thank you!

Lovely villa with huge pool
This really is a very well maintained villa, the star of the show has to be the lovely large open space around a huge 5 x 10 meter pool, which gets the sun all day until about 7.30pm. Five quality sunbeds around the pool and a very comfy rattan table with 4 chairs under an awning. There was also a large umbrella and a dining table with 4 chairs on the patio, but we found it too hot in the day ( August!). Lovely master bedroom. 2 smaller bedrooms, whilst not en-suite both have a super modern bathroom opposite. Comfy living room, the TV is modern enough to use a Fire stick ( we had to use an extension cable, it all worked well). Quality air conditioning throughout, which is really quiet. The location quiet, but just 6 mins from the supermarket and about the same distance to Moraira town car park. . You can really tell someone loves this house, it’s so well looked after. Sally the host was absolutely fantastic, she really went the extra mile to accommodate all our requests-would not hesitate to go back to this lovely villa.

Wonderful Villa
We had a wonderful stay – 2nd time to the villa – The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. The villa is immaculate, furnishings, bedrooms, kitchen and three bathrooms all feel modern and new. Everything you need and more – from the welcome pack, books, games, BBQ, Wi-Fi and the air-conditioning. There is a very large pool, which gets the sun all day, so when you swim late in the afternoon the pool is very warm. Outside area is clean and well maintained - a very quiet and peaceful location only 5/10 minutes to shops/Moraira. Excellent communication with the owner –would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again (hopefully next Year).

This villa is everything we could have wished for, from the cleanliness and facilities, to the location which was picturesque and peaceful. Sally was extremely accommodating when we had to change our travel dates at the last minute due to flight cancellations and was informative regarding the best place to obtain the COVID tests required to return to the UK. Beautiful property!
My family and I stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks in July 2019 and had a fabulous time! It is a real home from home, with the added benefit of a large pool on a very generously sized terrace with lovely views. The property is well looked after and very clean. There was plenty of equipment for cooking, whether it be inside or outside on the barbecue. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and benefitted from air conditioning in each room. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the centre of Moraira. A car is recommended. Moraira is a great resort with lovely beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. It is a safe and friendly environment which is perfect for families. The owner was very responsive and supportive and the team that looked after the villa were just at the end of the phone if we needed them. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a place to stay in Moraira.

Relaxing holiday in a lovely villa
We ( 2 adults, 3 children) had a fantastic holiday in this villa just outside Moraira. The villa itself has 3 good sized bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area also with air conditioning. The outside area is a good size - as is the pool which is 10m x 5m and approximately 2m deep at the deeper end; this is important to us as many villas seem to have smaller pools ( more like big baths really! ) which are not ideal for a family of 5. There is a very handy retractable awning to provide some shade over the outside eating area, and there is also a large brick bbq. The location is good, nice and quiet and just a 5 minute drive into Moraira itself. We used a hire car but I imagine a taxi would not be expensive as an alternative. Moraira is the nicest place on this stretch of the coast in my opinion. Plenty of places to eat and a nice buzz without being over developed, a great beach ( with another quieter one not far away in El Portet), and relatively easy to park. Communication from the owners was great and any questions were promptly answered. All in all I would highly recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to book it again myself.

There is a very large pool, which gets the sun all day, so when you swim late in the afternoon the pool is very warm. Outside area is clean and well maintained and very quiet and peaceful. You do need a car as the nearest shops/bars are 5 minute drive, 10 minutes takes you into Moraira, which has a beautiful marina and lots of restaurants to suit all tastes, shops and bars. When we were there it was festival week in Moraira – lots of fireworks, parades, live music and the exceptional All-Stars Steel Orchestra from Toronto (check them out on You Tube). Excellent communication with the owner and easy to follow instructions from Alicante Airport to the front door. If you have never been to Moraira you should visit and stay at this Villa, you will not be disappointed. We would certainly book again.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Well equipped, comfortable, clean family friendly accommodation. In a quiet location but not far from coast, restaurants and shops. Although it is on a large urbanisation, it is a very quiet area and excellent for a relaxing, peaceful time. Would definitely return.

Stunning !!
We had a 2 week stay in this lovely villa, 6 adults and 1 infant, we were very impressed with the overall appearance, space and facilities at this lovely villa. It is in a nice quiet location and kept to a very high standard by the very accommodating owners Sally and Geoff Windsor who also allowed us to stay for a few more hours as we had a late flight home. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and look forward to coming back in the not too distant future ! Thank you Sally and Geoff, for a fantastic holiday, Alan Paine and family

We enjoyed a family holiday ,the first 2 weeks in September 2017
With 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom,the villa accommodates 6 people comfortably. All the fixtures and fittings were to a high standard with a second fridge for wines beers etc. The pool was sparkling clean and outside furniture of a high standard. Whether you are a family or a group of friends,I cannot recommend the villa highly enough for a self catering holiday and will be returning again next year.

Total relaxation
Great villa and cracking pool. Loads of great resteraunts and plenty of days out for the kids. Close to larger attractions and culture if you want it.

A fantastic holiday in a wonderful villa
The villa is in a quiet cul de sac with pretty views of the hills behind and in front. The pool is fantastic and the whole family had a great time outside eating and swimming. It catches the sun until late on. The BBQ is well designed and there are plenty of loungers, tables and chairs. The villa is immaculate and 3 bathrooms to three bedrooms worked a treat with all the teenagers!! It's close enough to the beach and Moraira town but a car is preferable as suggested. The owners kept in touch and I felt well looked after without being hassled. Moraira beach is great with plenty to do and the town has lots of restaurants and a port for a great evening out. A lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be retuning. Thank you
